Shipping policy
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. Standard shipping methods include the United States Postal Service.
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the time in which the order is received.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns policy
At Sweet Pea Soapery, we strive to produce a product that we are certain you will be satisfied with. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone at (715) 278-3963 or by email.
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the receipt of the product. Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during time of purchase.
All returns require prior approval and are subject to shipping fees paid at the customer’s expense.
Damaged items
Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
Sale/clearance items
Sale or clearance items are FINAL sales. No refunds or exchanges will be granted.

Order cancellations
Cancellations will be honored, provided the order has not already shipped. If the item(s) you have ordered have already been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Sweet Pea Soapery is not liable for any illness, problems, direct or indirect damages from any of our products. Our products are for external use only and to be used with total discretion and sole responsibility. If irritation occurs or persists, please discontinue use immediately.
Each batch of Sweet Pea Soaps is hand made. No two bars of soap will ever be exactly alike, and product size, coloration and styling will vary.
We make our soap in small batches and may run short from time to time. If you intend to place a large order, please inquire about availability beforehand.
Wholesale orders are welcome, and we encourage you to contact us for additional information and product availability.
We do our best to keep the Soapery stocked with all of the soap varieties you love. However, typical production time for a batch of cold processed soap is 6-8 weeks from start to finish. Hand made soap requires an extended period of cure time to perform optimally. Please be patient with us, should we run low, or be temporarily out-of-stock of a particular item.
In order to keep your order moving, we may contact you for a product substitution or request that items be shipped separately.
